CCS Disability Action

Changing hearts and minds the way everybody in our communities think and respond to disabled people and disability issues has a big affect on the lives of disabled people and their families. At CCS Disability Action we aim to effect change in communities so disabled people have access to the same opportunities as all other New Zealanders.

The New Zealand Disability Strategy, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Treaty of Waitangi and a community development approach guide us. We pride ourselves on being leaders, being innovative, and being collaborative.

We act, and we constantly reflect on what has been achieved and how to achieve more. Together we can shift our society forward to make it more inclusive of disabled people.
