Based in New York, Veer Gidwaney is the co-founder and CEO of DailyFeats.com, a new startup that’s helping people do good things. It guides them in doing small but significant actions or ‘feats’ that reflect their values and contribute to their life’s goals.

“Veer is Director and Co-founder of HumanityCalls.org, a fundraising tournament website designed to bring together Non Profits, Companies such as eBay, and individuals focused on addressing global Causes such as the Environment, Health, Education, Poverty and Human Rights.

Previously, Veer was the CEO and co-founder of Control-F1, an industry leader in support automation. Under his leadership, the Edmonton-based company grew to over 50 employees, over 100 customers worldwide .

Veer started Control-F1 while completing his Business degree at the University of Western Ontario. In December of 2005, Control-F1 was acquired by CA, one of the world’s largest software companies with over $4B in sales. He most recently served as Executive Advisor to the EVP of Technology and Products. Prior to that he was Head of Sales for one of CA’s North American business units.

Veer was also a Director of and a primary investor in Neurosilicon. Neurosilicon developed novel brain computing interfaces to expand the scientific understanding of the human brain, to revolutionise and improve the effectiveness of drug discovery, and to develop therapeutic technologies for neurological disorders.

He was named to Maclean’s Magazine ‘Top 25 Under 30’ and was a finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002. He placed second at the Canadian National Debating Championship and fifth at North American Debating Championship in 1998.”
