“Dr. Byrad Yyelland is Director of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Virginia Commonwealth University. His primary research interests are emotion in the workplace, organisational culture, organisational culture change, identity and education.
His curiosity is deep and he is always looking at new areas of investigation. His research focus is qualitative, with a strong interest in perception, interpertation and the construction of reality.
Dr Yyelland’s other Research interests include: serial murderers and vampirism in society.”
