Rudy conceived and founded Practice Technologies, Inc., an ‘Inc. 5000’ company focused on software and internet information products for legal and business professionals.

He identified and built one of the first web commerce strategies in the industry and led a significant reorganisation to focus the company on this breakthrough opportunity. Rudy is a lifelong student of leadership, management, organisational behavior and consumer psychology.

He is a strong supporter of company building and entrepreneurship, investing and serving on several Boards as well as speaking and writing on those topics. He started his professional career as a lawyer in New York City, focusing on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency and IP litigation, at the international firms of Kelley Drye & Warren and McDermott.”
