“David Moen, M.D., leads health care innovation for Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Moen develops collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the health care industry to establish Fairview as a national innovation leader.
His work aims to increase quality of care, increase patient satisfaction while decreasing the total cost of care at Fairview, the second largest health system in Minnesota with over 20,000 employees. Dr. Moen also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of NetClinic, a web‐based programme that serves as an interactive personal health portal to allow virtual care delivery involving patients and clinicians.
Prior to his role in Health Care innovation, Dr. Moen led emergency services in two Fairview outstate locations serving over 60,000 patients per year. Under his medical direction, both locations received the Premier’s National Quality Award for exemplary performance in care of patients with heart attack and congestive heart failure.”
