Though it is easy to become enamoured with the latest advances of new media, Dr. Ellis describes the continuing relevance of the postal system in an era of rapid technological change.

“Dr Ryan Ellis writes and researches on topics related to cyber security, infrastructure politics, homeland security, and communication law and policy.
Prior to joining the Belfer Center, Dr Ellis was a Post-doctoral Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Co-operation (CISAC).
He also served as a Project Manager at the University of California’s Institute on Global Conflict and Co-operation (IGCC). He holds a Ph.D. in communication from the University of California, San Diego.”
